Not true! When your shields are falling to a low level, you will notice that your armor starts to take damage. Not sure which it is but its either the higher your tactical shield skill the lower the shields can fall before you start taking armor ...

With regards to doing agent missions - Rupture should be fine as long as you fit enough pirate drop cargo expanders or the likes of local hull nanfibre hull mods (give 21ms speed and 8% bonus to cargo). There are some cargo runs for level 3 agents...

One big drawback of the Rupture is the CPU which is actually less than the Stabber. Stabber is a good all rounder, especially for agent missions and killing npc frigates and light cruisers. Its fast, with good skills can easily keep ahead of any ...
